We employ the following categories of staff:-
- External Sales Representatives who visit our clients on a regular basis and get to understand their specific requirements.
- Internal Sales Representatives who handle incoming phone calls, emails, walk-in clients and quoting.
- Rigging Workshop staff who make-up new chain, wire rope and webbing slings, carry-out repairs to client-owned equipment, perform tests on new and repaired equipment using NATA certified testing rigs. Despatch goods to clients.
- Inspection staff who inspect client-owned lifting, rigging and height safety equipment, either at our workshop or at the clients.
- Fabrication Workshop staff are Boilermaker/Welders who fabricate and weld special appliances for clients and for our projects. We employ tradesmen, semi-skilled and apprentices for this facility.
The Lifting, Rigging and Height Safety industry does not have a trade of its own. Hence a preferred career path is for us to employ bright 16 – 20 year old juniors then train them internally.
