Can you provide onsite testing?

Yes, with a range of different sizes in our portable, NATA Calibrated load cells, we can carry out onsite testing services to accommodate to your requirements.

Do you keep a record of all our lifting gear?

Yes, when we test your lifting equipment, we issue it with its own individual serial number, which we do keep a record of here in our office. If by need be, we can create a Lifting and Rigging Equipment Register which lists all of your gear.

How often does my lifting gear need to be tested?

At this stage, there is nothing in the Australian Standards that tells you how often you have to have your lifting and rigging gear tested. We often like to tell our clients to have them tested at least every 6-12 months to be on a safe side.

Do we do Balustrading?

Yes, we can offer stainless steel Balustrading services to our customers. With a wide range of different options and styles to choose from, our friendly staff can help you find the Balustrading service you have been looking for.

Can we manufacture to offshore standards?

Yes, we can manufacture and supply lifting and rigging gear suitable for use offshore.

Do we make chain/wire rope slings?

Of course, as one of our biggest selling products, we make up chain slings and wire rope slings to your request, so you know it will be done right. All of our slings are manufactured, tested and certified right here in Welshpool, and all to Australian Standards.

Do we manufacture spreader beams and other fabricated gear?

Definitely, TLC has its very own, in house metal fabrication department we where can design, manufacture and certify anything from beams, cages, tool boxes, trolleys and anything required!

Do you sell Height Safety gear?

Yes, we also have specialists in the height safety equipment field. We can find the not only the right gear for your application, but ensure that you will be completely 100% safe when you’re working with heights.
